Blackpool FC have completed the signing of Israeli International defender Dekel Keinan according to reports in the Israeli press.Apparently the 25 year-old was on trial with Blackpool and has signed a 2-year contract with the Seasider's.
Dekel Keinan has been regarded as one of the best defenders in Israel , he was linked with a move to Bolton Wanderers in 2007 but he decided to stay in Israel.
Keinan has won 15 International caps for his nation.
